我們實驗室(LPC group)為有機合成實驗室，並致力於研究以有機合成為出發之藥物化學及化學生物學相關研究。
目前有五個重要的研究方向。
- 第一個是導向性化學探針之合成及其在醣蛋白質之專ㄧ性辨識及修飾。
- 其次，我們也在開發新型態之雜環化合物的一鍋化合成法，希望藉此能快速擴充藥物篩選之分子庫
- 第三是抗體的位向專ㄧ性修飾。我們也在蛋白質-聚合物之共軛體的相關研究上，有嶄新且具應用性的開發。
- 第四，本實驗室最新開發以薄層層析分離法配合質譜儀來進行有機合成反應之監控，希望藉此能以高效率
且環保的方式來進行有機合成化學，並能應用於天然物分離，合成及鑑定上。
- 最後，我們也著手於奈米生醫材料的合成及開發，並在多種生物辨識機制及感測之用途上進行館泛且深入的研究討論。
Our research interests contains four divisions. The first one is the synthesis of chemical probes and their applications
in the site selective protein modification. The second topic is to use chemical strategies for the tailored antibody cleavage
and labeling. We also interested in the "grafting to " and "grafting from" protein-polymer conjugation and applied in the
study of protein detection and identification. In our last research interest, various functionalized nanomaterials are synthesized and
used to establish important platforms for biomedical applications.
